My journey into the world of wellness began at a young age, deeply rooted in the traditions of my Ghanaian heritage. Born in the UK and raised in Ghana, I was fortunate to have grandparents who introduced me to the healing power of traditional herbs. This early connection to nature sparked a lifelong love for Africa’s plants and the natural world, a passion I nurtured through farming and spending time in the vibrant landscapes of Ghana.
As life took me back to England, my path into wellness deepened in a personal way. When my son needed help with his health, I found myself returning to the traditional knowledge of plants and herbal remedies that had been a part of my upbringing. This experience reignited my commitment to exploring natural healing methods and inspired me to look even further.
